Muffins without oil from Masechka_09 Recipe was written by chef Masechka_09 in the comments for my favorite lemon cupcake from Amy semsvet. With the permission of the author I designed this recipe and add it to the Treasury of our beloved site. Cupcakes without butter!
Ingredients

Sour cream

Cooking
Soak the raisins. In sour cream spread 1 tsp. soda, stir (thus, it will be liquidated).
Beat eggs with Cup of sugar.
Pour in beaten eggs 3 tbsp liquid honey, add sour cream with soda and beat with a mixer.
Caution in parts add 2 tbsp. flour, stir. The dough will not be thick. Roll raisins in flour. Add to the dough. Lay on the molds, slightly more than half (cupcakes will rise).
Bake at 150 degrees. Approximately 25-30 minutes, check, as usual, with a toothpick.
I decorated the cupcakes with icing and culinary decorations. Bon appetit!
