Onion pie with salmon
Delicious and very juicy onion pie with red fish.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Spices

To begin to prepare the dough - RUB the cottage cheese with milk and vegetable oil.

Add the flour and knead the dough.

The finished dough in a plastic packaging bag and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. Onion cut into half rings, can be smaller.

Fish cut into small pieces.

Fry the onions in butter until soft.

Add the fish, season with salt and pepper and fry for another ten or fifteen minutes.
