Cooking
To begin to prepare the dough - RUB the cottage cheese with milk and vegetable oil.
Add the flour and knead the dough.
The finished dough in a plastic packaging bag and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. Onion cut into half rings, can be smaller.
Fish cut into small pieces.
Fry the onions in butter until soft.
Add the fish, season with salt and pepper and fry for another ten or fifteen minutes.
Eggs, sour cream and cheese to prepare the filling for our pie, add salt.
Form or pan (like me) to lay baking paper, roll out the dough and put on paper.
Spread on the dough stuffing.
Pour the filling and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
