Cooking
[b]Stuffing.[/b] Dry and grind (large) - pistachio [i] (in my case, ready, well, just lucky)[/i] :-)
Condensed milk (to boil 2,5-3 hours)[i]or already sold ready-cooked[/i] - to be put into the bowl 12 tea spoons of. Mix condensed milk with pistachios. [quote] (for Israelis make good use of "Ribat halav") [/quote]
[b]the Dough.[/b] Sift the flour, add starch, baking soda, baking powder
In the middle of a "loose" mixture to make a funnel and add sour cream, brandy
melted butter (cooled), and eggs (lightly beat with a fork).
Stir together with flour mixture (not for long, only to products "grabbed" together). [i]If the dough is too thick, add a little milk.[/i]
Fill 3/4 of molds for muffin batter. In each form put a teaspoon of the mixture of condensed milk with pistachios and lightly "push" the mixture in the dough [quote] (any literary language).[/quote]
Bake. Oven - 180-185*C, baking time 25 min.
