Asian noodles have gained popularity in Russia as it is cooked very quickly and is never boring. For its preparation you need 15-20 minutes. Add can be anything you want. I suggest making one of its numerous variants. Very tasty dish which is great variety to your Lenten menu.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Funchoza to cook according to the instructions. With beans drain liquid, if necessary, rinse with boiled water.

Cabbage to chop straws.

From lemon squeeze the juice. Ginger RUB on a small grater. Garlic peel and finely chop. Chili pepper finely chop.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, chopped garlic and chilli.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add cabbage. Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the prepared funchoza. Fry for 2 minutes.

In a pan pour sauce over, add green onions, ginger, and canned beans. Fry 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Cool.

Funchoza put in a serving dish. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
