Burgers juicy, soft, delicious crispy crust. Sometimes you want something simple and useful. Recipe of cutlets from fish - lean. You can add the eggs. Cooking
Fresh smelt with a strong smell of fresh cucumber. I made patties out of it. Burgers are good as a snack cold.
Smelt were purified from the viscera. Eggs left for stuffing. Removed the fins and tail. The spine is not removed. Put in the bowl of a food processor. Potatoes rubbed on a fine grater and cleaned onion. Added oil, eggs and spices. All content is well shredded in a food processor.
The mass is dense and homogeneous. In a bowl put the semolina. For one burgers of beef took one tablespoon. Roll in breadcrumbs and formed into a Patty.
My prefer homemade patties are not fried, but baked in the oven. The pan smeared with oil and put it on burgers. The oven is well warmed up to 180 degrees and put a baking tray. Then appears a crust on the bottom and top. The burgers are juicy inside. (If you put in a cold oven, then the chicken will dry out.) Bake for 30 minutes.
Meatballs can take on nature. Or submit them on the second as a hot dish with sauce, garnish. The sauce is to your taste. I served as a cold appetizer with white and red spicy sauce.
And, of course, your favorite vegetables and herbs perfectly complement an appetizer or a main dish. (Tomatoes, cucumbers and celery greens.)
