The egg is boiled, cooled, peeled and three on a small grater. Put in a bowl. Cheese grate on a coarse grater (handy to RUB, if the cheese is put in the freezer for 15 minutes), finely chop olives and add to the egg. Add the mayonnaise and RUB well with a fork.

Now cut the baguette and cucumber.

On the baguette slices spread the cheese mixture and put on one edge of a piece of cucumber.

On top of the sandwich put the fish (fish can be any red). Here are the sandwiches ready!!! Very tasty!!!
