Rolls stuffed zucchini
New year - the most favorite holiday for all children and adults. And those who are fasting (up to January 7 is the Christmas fast), and those who adhere to vegetarianism. So dish for all. Tender, flavorful, juicy and incredibly tasty! Visit, not regret!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Cranberry

    6 piece

Cooking

Zucchini cut into thin strips 3 mm thick, slightly prisolit.

Squash strips fry in a grill pan. Strongly fry do not need, just until tender zucchini.

Boil two potatoes, mash them with a fork, cool slightly. Avocado peel half of the fruit cut at random. In the bowl of a blender place the mashed potatoes, avocado and a clove of garlic, blend to a smooth puree.

In the resulting puree add the chopped dill (and relevant green onions, and chopped parsley), soy sauce and olive oil. Mix well. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes, puree thickens.

The plate of zucchini to put a spoonful of mashed potatoes, fold rolls.

If the rolls did not want to curl, you can put a sprig of dill.
