Shrimp crispy under the sauce
I do a lot of cooking seafood, but this recipe really impressed me! It's quick and easy, and the shrimp flavor really great!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    1 kg

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Basil

    8 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Crackers

    150 g

So, let's start. Shrimp clean, wash, all by the rules of cleaning shrimp. Make a cut along the back, but not until the end. Put into the form here. I have, unfortunately, there is glass mold, it is best to cook it, so it can be directly put on the table :)
