Cooking
Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with the pinch of salt in a stable foam.
Softened butter to mix with sugar.
The vanilla sugar. You can add it together with a simple sugar. I just forgot.
And proteins. Stir gently.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with a little semolina.
Spread the batter in the form. Turn the oven heat to 180 degrees.
Cherries (I have frozen) defrost completely, squeeze well from excess moisture, dip them in starch. Spread on the dough.
For strazile, mix the butter, sugar, cocoa and add gradually the flour. Hands all grind into crumbs.
Sprinkle pie strasheim and sliced almonds. Bake 35-40 minutes, until tender. Readiness defined by the splinter, it should be dry.
