Cooking
Knead the dough with cheese, butter, eggs and flour mixed with vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa and baking powder. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, roll out and shape a small rim.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip whites into a thick foam. RUB the yolks with cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, starch, and sugar. Enter the cream, add cloves on the tip of a knife. Gently whisk to mix proteins. The oven heated to 180 degrees.
Evenly distribute the cheese filling on the dough.
Pears wash, peel, cut in half lengthwise, cut the nitty gritty. On the convex side to make deep incisions. Pears sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark. Arrange the pear and a little push.
Pie bake for about 30 minutes.
Cool, sprinkle with optional powdered sugar.
