Apfelstrudel
This delicious roll stuffed with raisins and apples - one of the favorite Christmas national dishes of Austria. For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Prepare the dough: dissolve a pinch of salt in warm water and pour into the flour, add the egg and olive oil, knead well. Put the dough in the package, wrap in blanket and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Peeled apples grate, add the washed raisins, sugar, cinnamon, rum or liqueur, mix well.

Lightly fry the breadcrumbs in butter, cool.

The batter is a little to beat out thinly on the table, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Spread fried crumbs 2/3 part of the test.

Top - filling of apples and raisins.

Gently roll it up so that an empty dough was upstairs. Put the roll on a greased baking sheet, I even bent it in the shape of a horseshoe and place in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

Ready apfelstrudel cool and decorate as desired. I smeared cream 2 tbsp condensed milk 2 tbsp butter, sprinkled with powdered sugar and orange coconut.

I decorated the top with marmalade, although in a few minutes there is not jelly, nor a good half of the strudel!
