Flay Berry
I offer you gentle and easy flay dough, custard and fresh berries in jelly. Very tasty! This dessert it is chilled. Moreover, the berries can be put any and even frozen! And prepare to fly for only 25 minutes. A real treat for the true sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Sugar

  • Corn starch

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Gelatin

Cooking

Take 150 grams of soft butter and mix with sifted flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 pack. vanilla sugar.

Put the dough in a package and put into the fridge for half an hour.

Cook the cream: mix the starch, milk, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Whisk well, add 40 g of butter

and boil until thick, stirring occasionally. It turns out to be a thick and delicious cream. Remove it to cool.

Take the form in diameter 24-26 see Cut a circle out of baking paper and put on the bottom of the form.

Take the dough out of the fridge, spread on a circle and roll out to diameter of the mold. With a fork pierce the dough in several places. And don't forget to make the edges form a rim of dough. You can roll out the dough on the cling film and transfer to the form.

Pour on top of beans and place into a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 190°C. Then remove the beans and another 10 minutes Topcem. Get ready cake from the oven and allow to cool.

While baked cake, prepare the jelly. Remove the bones from cherry, cherry and plum. Plum cut into longitudinal slices.

Put the cherries in a blender, add 2 - 3 tbsp. sugar and Porirua.

Gelatin fill with water (1:6). Then dissolve it in the microwave or on a steam bath. You can cook according to instructions.

Then add the gelatine to the cherry.

On cooled cake spread the cream.

On top put berries: cherries, cranberries and slices of plum. Berries may be other, as long as their were several types (different).

The berries, pour the jelly. Put the fly in the fridge for 2 hours until fully cured.

Get fly from the fridge, decorate with mint leaves and serve. Bon appetit!
