Cake quick almond-Dänisches kuchen
Very delicious cake with the addition of corn flour. The aroma of almond and orange, delicate butter cream. Time of preparation without cooling.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Orange zest

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

Eggs vzbit in a solid foam.

Gradually add sugar and continue whisking.

Pour in the oil and continue to beat.

Add sour cream and whip.

Add the flour and whisk.

Flour mixed with baking powder. Add to the dough, and whipping.

In the dough, add the almonds.

Add the orange zest and whip.

The bottom of the form (24x24) to lay baking paper, grease with butter and fill with dough.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 20 min. Willingness to check the wooden spokes. Allow to cool in the form. The cooled cake cut crosswise into two parts.

Prepare the cream cream. Soft butter vzbit in foam with the addition of 3st. L. sugar. I oil was replaced with a package of cream mixture (to the mixture add 100ml. milk, whisk and put in refrigerator for 30 min.)

Prepare pudding cream. To dry mixture add the 3st. L. sugar, stir well, pour a small number of CMV milk (take from the total volume), to whisk, to avoid lumps. Traces of milk ( from 500ml of total volume.) to warm on the stove, to introduce the pudding mixture and bring to a thick state. Cool, stirring constantly, to form a crust. Pudding and butter cream to combine and whip.
