Cooking

step-0
Beat well the whites. To postpone.
step-1
Mash the yolks with the sugar.
step-2
Add the melted margarine. Mix well.
step-3
Add linked pre-yogurt with soda. He foamed.
step-4
Add the flour, starch and vanilla. And gently stir proteins. Bake. I cooked in multivarka mode "Pastries" 50 minutes.
step-5
The finished cake to take out, cool and cut into 2-3 cake.
step-6
Now make the cream. Soak gelatin in water for 30 minutes.
step-7
Combine vanilla, sugar and milk. Let's hit it all to a boil, stirring until the sugar.
step-8
Beat the egg yolks.
step-9
Gradually pour the hot milk into the yolks, continuing to mix.
step-10
To put gelatin. And whisk to get all the pieces of gelatin.
step-11
Then all of this is to put a warm (or water bath or on low heat) until lightly thickened (cream will begin to envelop the spoon). But do not bring to boil! Cool. Whip the cream and gently combine with the chilled cream. Then, at the bottom of a split form put the cake, pour the cream (the cream will appear to be liquid)... and so all in turn. The top also needs to be cream. It's all clear in the cold for several hours for complete curing. Unfortunately here I didn't take a picture because battery low.
step-12
After several hours of curing the shape to pull off the fridge. With a sharp knife to separate from the walls of the mold and decorate as you like.
step-13
I came out here.
step-14
This is in the context.
