Description
Sweet juicy large autumn carrots, fresh beets and daikon, grated on a grater for Korean carrot, plus a dressing based on soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman. Put the salad overnight in the refrigerator and while serving, add the oregano leaves and salad "Autumn Blues" is ready. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Wash and clean the vegetables. Beetroot gives the salad a wonderful bright color.
Grate vegetables on a grater for Korean carrot.
To fill the salad you will need 100 ml soy sauce-marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman.
Add to the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, lemon vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic passed through chesnokodavku, mix of pepper and honey. Stir thoroughly.
Jobvite to fill in container or as I have in the bag with the vegetables. Mix well, close tightly the package or container and put into the fridge overnight.
Put the salad in a salad bowl, add the oregano leaves and serve. Bon appetit!!!
