Spicy salad with roast beetroot tops
An interesting salad. Spicy, juicy and vitamin. Prepared quickly, it turns out delicious.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Celery leaf

    1 sprig

  • Beetroot leaves

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • The sugar syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

This salad is well suited classic naturally brewed soy sauce "Kikkoman" with a rich taste.

Vegetables clean, wash and dry.

Cut into thin julienne daikon and pepper, you can grate the vegetables on a grater for Korean salads. Put into a bowl.

Onions sliced along the thin bulbs, tops chopped as julienne. Heat the oil and fry the onion until light gold, add the tops and lightly fry.

Cucumber cut into strips manually, to not allocated the extra juice. Celery greens grind.

In a bowl with daikon put the cucumber and herbs, pour soy sauce, add syrup and lemon juice. Mix well, sprinkle with seasoning, put on top of the tops of onions with oil from roasting.

Mix well and chill the salad.

Serve chilled as an appetizer or side dish.
