Salad with liver and mushrooms
Delicious, juicy and colourful salad. It will fit as for the festive table and for home family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The liver to pour soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the mushrooms into quarters.

Season with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Tomatoes cut into cubes.

Pepper cut into strips.

Liver fry in vegetable oil until tender. Sprinkle with a hot dry liver with marjoram.

Prepare the dressing. Mix all the ingredients.
