Child loves chips, but as soon as I either try, reason. And decided to try another option. Liked everything. Not difficult, fast and sooooo crisp, and most importantly the child eats without fear. Please:-)

Cooking
Potato peel and cut into thin strips. I have a Shoe for Korean carrot. You can take a normal shredder for pork loin. (shredded potatoes for a minute rinse in water, so it will not burn in the oil). Lay out on a dry towel.
Oil heat well and add a portion of potatoes, stirring occasionally.
Fry until Golden brown. Take out onto paper towel to absorb the oil. When slightly cooled, add salt to taste.
