The whole evening came up with a salad for a festive table in honor of the birthday of my husband. And salad last night!!! Dish original, delicious without mayonnaise, low-calorie and vitamin.

Cooking
Mushrooms chop and fry in oil, over high heat, stirring constantly.
Carrots to boil and clean. Onions cut into half rings, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Leave bitterness. Then drain and pour lemon juice and wine vinegar, can regular vinegar 6% and leave to marinate.
Olives cut into slices. Carrot cube.
With grilled mushrooms drain excess oil by putting the pan on its side, then carefully spoon put the mushrooms in a salad bowl.
Fold in the salad bowl the carrots, olives and onions. Squeeze onions with your hands of excess fluid.
Cook the wholegrain mustard, oil and lemon juice. Stir and season the salad. Garnish with greens.
Bon appetit!!! The salad came out easy, vitamin, low fat, acidity from the pickled onions. A carrot does not feel she marinated onions and acquires a new taste!! Try it! All my guests loved it!!!
