Fish in a fur coat
"Very tasty, tender, flavorful fish" - so wrote about your recipe Take. Fish can be served as a garnish, and without it. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Take called "fish in a fur coat" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

Fish cut into portions and place in a container (any baking dish).

To prepare onions and carrots. Onions cut into rings and carrots grate on a coarse grater.

The pieces of salmon to put into the container. Top fish put onions, then carrots.

On top of the carrots thickly spread mayonnaise and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 150-180 degrees. Here's a rosy mayonnaise crust. Salmon can be expanded on plates.
