  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Spices

Fish fillet grind in a blender.

Add salt, pepper, cheese, and yogurt. All mix thoroughly until smooth.

Cheese to RUB on a small grater. Half add in cottage cheese and fish mass, to mix.

Form of grease with vegetable oil. Spread the mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese and into the oven. After 30 min. enjoy the wonderful taste of our souffle!!! To me, you can use any vegetable salad, seasoned with yogurt or vegetable oil.
