Cake
Since childhood, I love the taste of this cake. A great combination of three different cakes and delicate custards. Watched some information online and came across what is called the cake (in some versions with a slightly different interpretation) "the Royal", but this recipe I got is called "President".

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    12 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Leavening agent

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    1 pack

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare biscuit dough ( for 1 crust): 0,5 tbsp. sugar + 1 egg + 4 tbsp sour cream + baking powder + vanilla sugar + 1 tbsp. flour (each cake bake for 25 minutes at 180 *)

In the first cake + 1 tbsp cocoa

During the second cake + raisins + Mac (Raisins I had pre-steamed in hot water with sugar and citric acid)

Cream: whisk 1 Pacha. butter + condensed milk + vanilla

Impregnation for the cake: put on the heat 1 Cup water + 2 tbsp coffee + 1 tbsp. sugar + 1 tbsp of brandy (I was cooking on the fire, and just made like regular instant coffee with cognac)

You can cook the chocolate. I watered the top and blacked out the sides of the cake. (The ingredients do not fit) 6 tbsp milk + 150 g of butter + 6 tbsp sugar + 5 tbsp cocoa (So good thickens and does not run on the sides I added starch)

Fold the cake: poppy seed cake + impregnation + cream + hazelnut cake + impregnation + cream + chocolate kormi + impregnation + chocolate
