Cooking
Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater.
Tomato wipe weight through a sieve.
We get about 300ml. pureed tomatoes.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add cream to tomato mass, there also add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sugar. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the mass into shape and place in freezer for 3 hours, stir the mass every hour.
Lay lettuce leaves on kremanku.
Place shrimp on lettuce leaves, put a ball of ice cream, garnish with red caviar and dill leaves and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
