Salad with liver, and sunflower seeds
Warm salad with chicken liver and pumpkin seeds. Love warm salads, especially with the liver. Typically, these salads are light but filling, tasty, and easy to cook. At the restaurant where I first tried this dish, it's called "Salad Prometheus". Simple but very harmonious salad worthy even to decorate a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Pepper white

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Salad wash, dry, inflamed hands. In my opinion, there are more suitable crisp varieties of lettuce – iceberg, cheese etc.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, finely chop, put on lettuce leaves.

Prepare the filling: mix the sour cream, soy sauce, add freshly ground white pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Chicken liver thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces, quickly fry. It is important not to overdry the liver, that it remained soft and juicy.

Spread warm liver in a salad bowl, pour dressing.

Sprinkle the salad with pumpkin seeds.
