Description

Coleslaw with dried cranberries
Easy, quick to prepare and spring-bright salad of variety to the vegetarian menu.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Parsley

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Prepare the vegetables for the salad. I took 1/2 of a red pepper and 1/2 yellow.

Cabbage cut straw, add a pinch of salt and grind with hands until soft cabbage. Add onion, roughly chopped and some dried cranberries.

Pepper cut thin strips, chop the parsley and add to the salad.

For the filling: mix sunflower oil Oleina TM, Apple cider vinegar, sugar and black pepper.

Add the dressing to the salad, carefully mix.
