Spring salad with jam sauce
In the spring, try to prepare salads with lots of fresh herbs and composed a variety of fillings for a variety of tastes. One of the recent interesting experiments was the sauce of blackcurrant jam. The salad with it was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Radishes

    4 piece

  • Sorrel

    10 sprig

  • Lettuce

    10 sprig

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    2 Tbsp

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare jam sauce. Mix all ingredients of the sauce and boil on a slow fire in 2 times until thick.

Sauce RUB through a sieve. Cool.

Breast, cut into long, thin strips, pour 1 tbsp. of soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Fry the breast in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Cucumbers cut into cubes. Lettuce and sorrel to pick large chunks, onions and radishes cut into slices, cherries slightly thawed.

Chilled chicken mix with all the ingredients of the salad.

From cucumber slices to lay out the ring, put the salad and garnish quail egg. To submit to it a gravy boat with a jam sauce.
