Salad with mushrooms and pineapple
Easy, but quite satisfying salad. I love these salads because of the possibility to eat only to them. Mushrooms and chicken give their satiety and pineapple salad adds lightness... and salad dressing, you can experiment.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Parsley

Cooking

Mushrooms pre-fry with onions. Cool.

Chicken fillet cut into. To connect with pineapple.

Add parsley, rice.

Squeeze a little lemon juice. Add the mushrooms, mustard and mayonnaise. Mustard is unusual in a salad dressing. I like how it goes well with mushrooms. Stir the salad to cool. Bon appetit!
