Warm vegetable salad with tomato and creamy dressing
Delicious, hearty and flavorful. Rich in calories, but worth it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Olive oil

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

To make the dressing: measure out the right amount of cream.

Add the tomato paste and grind.

Add the coriander.

Salt. Mix well.

Boil potatoes in their skins and cut into slices. Fry until crisp in olive oil.

Spread the roasted potatoes on a dish and

cover with the sauce.

Pumpkin cut into cubes or strips and fry in olive oil.

Tomatoes (leave the seeds) and avocado cut into cubes. Add them to roasted pumpkin and

simmer until soft pumpkin. Not much to perekusit. The pumpkin should be soft but maintain integrity.

Spread sauteed vegetables on top of potatoes. The same cover with the sauce.

Regan cut and crumble on top.
