Ajotomate. It's a salad-appetizer of tomatoes with garlic in Spanish. Prepared simply and quickly, and the result is an outstanding dish. And it's very tasty!

Cooking
Tomatoes cut into slices crosswise. Beautiful spread on a dish, extreme cropping in the blender. "Butt", of course, cut out and waste.
To the tomatoes add the garlic (without serdtsevini), herbes de Provence, balsamic vinegar, onion dip, salt. Grind to puree.
Put the resulting puree to the tomatoes and sprinkle with cumin.
