Gizzards stewed with mushrooms
Familiar recipe, simple, tasty, hearty. Love it and the adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

The ventricles wash. Cook until fully cooked. Drain off the water. Onions clean and finely shinkuem. Open the jar of mushrooms, drain off the water.

Warm up the pan, pour some oil, fry the onion until transparent color. Add the mushrooms, fry for 3-4 minutes. While the mushrooms stew, carrots clean, RUB on a small grater. Add carrots to the pan and simmer 3-4 minutes.

In the pan add flour, fry. Add water and mix. Salt, pepper, add seasonings. Cover it, make a small fire. Leave to stew for 2-4 minutes. All the ventricles sauteed with mushrooms ready.
