Here our main characters.
Buckwheat to sort, to dry in the pan, put to boil. While the buckwheat cooks, slice mushrooms, put to fry in butter 10 min.
With grilled mushrooms add ground tomatoes and pepper, fry for another 10 min.
In another pan fry in vegetable oil for 10 min grated carrot, finely chopped onion and sausage cubes.
All products to connect to any pan. Ready cooked buckwheat to add to the stew, season to taste with salt, optional pepper, mix well, turn off the heat, leave under cover for a bit until the pile of plates and spoons. And... you can proceed. BON APPETIT!!!
