Pangasius Greek in orange sauce
Another recipe from the Greek restaurant. Tender, sweet fish in orange sauce. Very quickly prepared. Low cost - excellent results!

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    2 piece

  • Orange juice

    300 ml

  • Parsley

    12 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Salt

Fillet fish with salt, roll in flour, fry in oil until cooked. Remove from the pan.

In a clean pan pour orange juice and add a knob of butter coated in flour. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped parsley and Bay leaf. Reduce heat.

Put in orange sauce fillet of fried fish. Bring to a boil, basting with sauce.
