Muhallebi
Muhallebi is a Turkish dessert made of milk and rice flour with addition of ground cinnamon. This dessert is very popular in Turkey. Milk pudding with a delicate silky taste. The process of cooking basic dessert!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Rice flour

    60 g

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the cold milk, add rice flour, stir with a whisk. Put on fire, constantly stir the milk with the flour.

When the milk will thicken slightly add sugar. Interfere with about minutes. Add vanilla, mix well. Remove from heat and pour into cups. Allow to cool at room temperature.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
