Oatmeal cookies with poppy seeds
Delicate, crunchy cookies. Roasted poppy seeds gives a special taste. The taste is similar to shortbread.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Mac

    40 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Fry poppy seeds (optional)

Beat butter with powdered sugar until smooth.

Dry ingredients. Sift flour, add soda, salt, oatmeal and poppy (a little more than half of normal shredded with a coffee grinder). Add to whipped butter.

Now with your hands knead the dough (to get a homogeneous mass).

Generated by the cookie, about the size of a walnut. Lay out cookies on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper, spreading in the distance, when baking they spread out.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180*C until Golden brown. Let cool, gently shift.

Especially delicious with milk. TASTY AND HEALTHY! To keep them soft, place in a food bag or in a jar with a sealed lid.
