Czech donuts
By the end of the carnival found a great donut recipe on the yolks. In the original they are made with condensed milk, but I don't love her... So I replaced with apricot jam that has struck a blender. This consistency of jam, by the way, was a discovery for me! Like whipped honey. A wonderful option for the filling.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    13 g

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar
