Green onions, parsley and some herbs of cilantro, if you have, it adds flavor and combines very well with cheese - all finely chopped and lightly fry in vegetable oil. 200 g of cheese to grate on a coarse grater, then carefully grind, add the herbs, eggs, flour, mix well.
The mixture was spread with a wet spoon into the pan with vegetable oil, giving the appearance of cutlets. Fry both sides on medium heat until just brown. Serve with potatoes or rice. I served with rice and homemade Lecho.
