Baked mushrooms
Very tasty and hearty dish.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Chicken thigh

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

Cooking

Clean the mushrooms. If the mushrooms are small, then fry them whole. If large, then cut into 4 parts. Chicken thigh cooked with spices (salt, pepper, herbs).

When all the liquid from the mushrooms evaporated, pour in the wine and the lid to extinguish the mushrooms until the wine in them is absorbed.

To put the mushrooms in a fireproof dish, add the chopped chicken meat.

Eggs and flour to whisk, add sour cream, mix well.

Pour the sauce over the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 220* and bake 20-30 minutes. Until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven. Here are the mushrooms in the outcome.
