Chicken with fruit, baked in a sleeve
Lovers of chicken, apples and citrus.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Remove chicken from the skin (who eats with the skin, please, I just always try less fat to keep)

Here I made a mistake! I first put in the sleeve of the chicken, and then fruit, raisins and the like... was the mix - sleeve is torn! So mix all in a large bowl (marinated chicken, apples, orange, raisins, nuts). And then put in the sleeve. Or lay out portions, alternating chicken and vegetables. Tying in the oven.
