Cooking
Beat eggs with a mixer about 2 min.
Add coconut, stir with a spoon.
Add the milk, condensed milk, soft butter, sifted flour with baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the form with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough, flatten it in the form of a spatula or spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. about 30 min.
Ready cake I slightly soaked in liquid cream.
For the cream whisk the cream with sugar.
We cover the cake and sides with cream. I decorated coconut.
