Envelopes of pita with vegetables in sweet and sour sauce. Offer one of the envelopes from the Armenian lavash, which are stuffed fried vegetables, then dressed with sweet and sour sauce, that tastes like kefir... delicious! A special highlight of the dish adds that the envelope is sealed like cheese, and frying in a pan or outdoors on the grill makes a delicious crispy crust!

For the filling we will need 2 tomatoes, 2 bell peppers and 1 onion medium size (based on 2 servings).

Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
