Corn-beef casserole
I had a jar of corn. Daughter eat corn refused, the husband said to do just a salad, boring. Included the imagination. What happened? Yes, we ate this casserole for 10 minutes...

Ingredients

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Drain the liquid from the corn, onions slightly pripustit in vegetable oil ( 4 tbsp). In food processor combine corn, onions and vegetable oil, in which it is roasted and ground meat. Grind in a homogeneous mass.

Add salt and pepper to taste and 2 egg yolks. Again to beat.

Separately beat the whites to a solid foam.

In a corn - meat mass, add the dill and stir.

And 1 tablespoon gently stir proteins.

Pour into greased with vegetable oil form.
