Because that's what time we have lived: in the middle of winter can afford a summer salad... Not cheap work, well... sometimes you can pamper yourself to talk about summer... "Hold on, people, summer is coming! And summer is a small life!"

Cooking
Salad wash, dry and pick by hand into pieces. Cucumber cut into triangular slices, tomatoes in half or quarters (depending on their size), pepper to release from the core and cut into strips. All the vegetables gently to mix in a wide bowl.
To prepare the filling put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Salad put on a flat dish and pour over the dressing. Sprinkle with tarragon leaves. Decorate with slices of egg and sprigs of dill.
