Salad with shrimp and Adyghe cheese
Bright salad with spicy dressing may well claim the title of a festive salad!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Corn

    400 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Capers

    10 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peeled shrimp, fill with cold water, add salt and seasoning to taste. Let boil and immediately throw in a colander.

For the filling chop the capers with a knife, garlic grate. Mix the capers, garlic, vinegar, olive oil. Seasoning to taste.

Adyghe cheese cut in small dice.

Cut tomato cubes, red onion-half rings. Corn throw in a sieve, what would the glass liquid.

In a bowl place the corn, onion, tomato and cheese. Add the dressing, mix all. Cover and remove in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

For serving iceberg lettuce cut strips. The present iceberg put lettuce, top lay the shrimp. Can be served!
