Cooking
In a bowl pour the flour, add the chopped into pieces butter, add sugar and grind into crumbs with hands.
Add baking powder and mix well. Then add the egg yolks and knead the dough, form it into a ball. If the dough is hard to shape, then you need to add 1 tbsp of cold water (not more).
Ready put the dough in the baking dish and gently with your hands to distribute over the entire surface. To remove the form with the dough in the fridge.
Cherries wash and remove seeds.
Egg whites whipped with sugar.
Then gradually add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything until smooth.
Add the dough in the prepared cherries and mix gently.
Remove from refrigerator shape with pastry and pour over it the batter with cherries. Bake pie in a preheated 180 deg. the oven, about 45-50 minutes.
Allow to cool in the form and put the cake on a plate. You can bring to the table. Bon appetit!
