Cherry pie on a shortbread crust
Tender and delicious pie, perfect for summer evening gatherings in the garden. Prepared easily and quickly. I recommend you to try this pie, the taste of it is simply stunning, especially now the season of cherry blossoms. In this pie perfectly combines the sweetness and a little sour from the cherries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

In a bowl pour the flour, add the chopped into pieces butter, add sugar and grind into crumbs with hands.

Add baking powder and mix well. Then add the egg yolks and knead the dough, form it into a ball. If the dough is hard to shape, then you need to add 1 tbsp of cold water (not more).

Ready put the dough in the baking dish and gently with your hands to distribute over the entire surface. To remove the form with the dough in the fridge.
