Description
Very tasty and filling meat with vegetables. Meat you can use either pork, but then bake for about an hour, or a chicken, as in my case.

Cooking
Wash the meat, dry and cut into slices thick 1 cm to Repel from two sides, season with salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, pre-broth.
Tomatoes wash, dry and cut into cubes. Put in separate bowl.

Pickled cucumber cut into small cubes. Into the vegetable mixture.
Garlic peel and finely chop or squeeze through the frog. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
In a bowl, mix the prepared vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, onions, pickled cucumber, half the norm of the garlic, half the norm of the cheese, add mayonnaise to produce a viscous paste and mix well.
At the bottom of a greased form to lay out repulsed slices of meat. Sprinkle the meat with half the norm of minced garlic.
Of meat place a layer of boiled potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Cover potatoes cheese and vegetable mixture and evenly distribute the slurry across the surface of the potatoes.
Bake the meat for 25-30 minutes in heated to 180 degrees oven. Sprinkle casserole with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
The finished casserole leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
