Autumn delicacy for gourmets and lovers of blue cheese. Ideal for wine.

  • Lemon juice

  • Sugar

Pear clean, cut in half lengthwise. Boil water, add sugar and lemon juice and boil the pears until soft (about 5 minutes). Cool, cut into semi-circles.
