Roll with cottage cheese and beets
Tasty, useful and not very sweet! For those who do not need the extra pounds.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Beets and carrots boil, grate. To combine, add the eggs, flour and mix well.

In the curd add sugar, semolina and mix well. Dried apricots to soak in cold water, boil for a minute, drain the water. A good wash again and boil until tender, chop.

On the cloth place a layer of vegetables, then a layer of cheese, layer of dried apricots and rolled into a roll. Shifted onto the oiled baking sheet. The surface of the roll to grease with a yolk. Bake at 180C for 30 min.

Leave to cool overnight. Who doesn't really like the taste of beets, add a little less than indicated in the recipe.
