Tongue with raisins in white sauce
Another version of the flow of the language.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Language to boil for 3 hours. After the tongue is cooked, it should wash with cold water and immediately remove the skin. Broth to keep.

Fry the flour in vegetable oil. Dilute the strained broth, obtained during cooking of the language. Bring to a boil. Add the well washed raisins and cook 10 minutes. After cooking remove the sauce from fire, add piece of butter, lemon juice, salt.

Language cut into slices and lay out on a dish.

Cover with the sauce.
