Vegetable salad with squid
Squid - a source of easily digestible protein and iodine! So our salad is a storehouse of vitamins and minerals! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The carcass of the squid defrost and drop into boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Let cool and cut into thin strips.

Onions finely chop and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour water through a fine strainer. Give drain off water.

Carrots cut small strips and saute in 1 tbsp olive oil.

Mushrooms wash and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Let cool and cut into thin plates.

Pre-boiled eggs, finely whipped.

Parsley shred.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the dressing with mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Focus here on the acid of the yogurt and adjust according to your taste the amount of acid.
