Cooking
Actually the burdock, or rather the stems. I have not fresh, and from reserves for the winter. We harvest by pickling. If you want to take a fresh, then collect the middle stems are not very high, peel and chop into pieces, like mine, but smaller, soak in water for at least 5 hours, periodically changing the water. burdock is collected and harvested in June - July depending on your climate, the later it starts to harden and mug are prepared.
Cut the peppers and grate the carrots on a grater (I have a grater for Korean carrot)
Onion cut into half rings
Put onion in hot oil, fry until Golden brown and add sesame seed
Add the meat, stir and fry until light brown
Enter the vegetables and stir
Fry a bit add the burdock, stir, reduce heat to medium and simmer until soft
Add soy sauce, pressed garlic, hot pepper, sugar, stir and simmer until cooked, until the burdock is tender
Voila! Our burdock is ready, serve!! Ideally, to insist a couple of hours.
